STANDARD SHIPPING DELIVERY GUARANTEE: We are proud to GUARANTEE three (3) business day delivery for customers to addresses within the United States.  Alaska, Hawaii, and the Virgin Islands also receive shipments within our delivery guarantee; however an additional $5.00 charge will be applied to all orders shipped to these addresses.  Orders over $100 receive FREE 3 day shipping!

U.S. orders with standard shipping received by 5:00 pm Eastern Time are processed for shipment that day and will be delivered within our three day delivery guarantee; special delivery/non-standard shipping options are shipped same day when received by 5:00 pm Eastern Time. Due to additional processing time, orders submitted via email or fax must be received by 5:00 pm Eastern Time to be shipped the same business day. 

We pride ourselves on providing fast service at competitive prices. All orders sent standard shipping to United States addresses will be received within three (3) business days---guaranteed. 

Orders shipped to US Post Office Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) at the carrier book rate; delivery of these orders will be delayed by one (1) business day. We also offer guaranteed Overnight and Saturday Overnight delivery at the carrier book rate (based on weight and distance).

RETURNS POLICY

UNOPENED Products may be returned within 30 days of receiving.  Please call us immediately and we will give you a 'return verification number' to put on your package, and the address to ship back to.  Once received you will be refunded your amount minus a 25% restocking fee.

Opened supplements and used products may not be returned.  Please contact us if you have any difficulty and need to discuss it.
