It has been a life-long struggle dealing with immune deficiencies since birth 66+ years ago. Every
body system has been affected over the years to now where it is total system dysfunction and
discomfort. I have been labeled with so many diagnoses it would boggle the mind. I have used
conventional, alternative, integrative et al health modalities but, just when I think I am ahead
again, all systems go down. Two months ago I literally gave up and I wrote the words "Palliative
Care" for myself. I just lay in bed day after day for at least this year past, with no desire to be part
of the living anymore. I prayed to God, as I have done so many times before, asking Him to show
me the way so that I would not be wasting my mind, body, skills, and talents. I wanted so much to
continue my social work profession in Medical and Social Gerontology as I know I can help so
many other people. "God, my life is in your hands now."
Mysteriously, while trying to obtain natural medication for an impending oral surgery (I had an
abscess tooth), I came across an Angel from a provider who referred me to Carol Calvert - of The
Avalon Effect Light Therapy system. I called Carol and she invited me to a complimentary
treatment of the Light Therapy system. I did not notice much difference that evening until I awoke
refreshed the next morning from a good night sleep for the first time in a long while. That next day,
I seemed to have so much more energy than I have had for some time. I began to do my chores
noticing that I had no anxiety and actually got a lot of unfinished chores done. I thought this would
be short-lived. However, day after day, I had no depression, anxiety, and malaise, but did have
more energy -- so much energy that I cleaned out a large shoe box of old paper notes (4 years
worth) and continue to feel good at the accomplishments of each subsequent day.
I now believe this change in my mental, physical, and emotional well being has to be attributed to
the Light Therapy. After attending a Light Therapy Education Program on July 30, 2011, I realized
how blessed I am that God opened this door to my life. I now feel that there is hope for recovery
and healing of all systems. This is my choice for life wellness care now and into the future. I am

Just a note to express my gratitude for the education provided on Saturday in Charlotte. To this
Heart Health education event I brought a dear friend with me who is a long time heart patient. I
have enjoyed watching the enthusiasm build for her now that she understands more about the
system and steps she can take to proactively care for her health needs as well as her family. I
can't echo, enough, how important such sessions are for helping spread the word. Each one I've
attended is always a first class operation and reaffirms my excitement for The Light and this
company. But really, the dramatic and inspiring message I leave with afterward is always one of

During the Wes Burwell event in Charlotte a couple months ago, one of my dear friends decided
to come as she has had recurring sinus infections and has been on multiple antibiodics, to no
avail. She also shared she had just been given another (3rd) round of antibiodic prescription, but
had not filled it and had instead come to our The Avalon Effect event. After the session with The
Avalon Effect during the event, she reported her ears opened up the next day and she felt so
much better and in fact never got the 3rd prescription filled. Way to go, Avalon Lights!

My dog had a cyst on his back that the vet said if we removed, it would just come back. I have

My little testimony about Gi Gi, my pet rabbit, and The Avalon Effect: Gi Gi was coughing,
sneezing and sputtering several days ago. All of this really scared me. So I put Gi Gi on the
medium pad on 5A for almost the whole 20 minutes. She sat there quite content and seemed to
cough less. I did this 5 times every 6 hours apart. Each time she coughed less. Now she hasn't
coughed for 3 days and doesn't seem to have the congestion that was readily heard. Her eyes
