Our Modern Reflexology System uses specially designed air-compressed boots to give a
concentrated form of reflexology, in a short amount of time. Air is evacuated from the plastic
covering of the boots, creating an even, constant pressure over the entire foot and shins. The
boots’ special design, coupled with this consistent pressure, ensures that all of the reflex
points are stimulated at the same time. This universal stimulation allows the body to release
toxins and other blockages thoroughly and more effectively.
The full Vacu-Flex treatment is a two-phase treatment that combines the stimulation of the
foot reflexes with rebalancing of the meridians, combining three alternative therapies—
reflexology, acupressure, and cupping. This combination has proven to be effective in
relieving problems such as back pain, strokes, circulation problems, and arthritis. It can be
used for the common cold, or more complex diseases such as Multiple Sclerosis.
The pressure from the boots leaves a ‘map’ of colors on the feet for approximately 30-60
seconds. The colors are blue, red, yellow, and white, depending on the severity of the problem
and change from treatment to treatment with the healing process.
In the second part of the treatment suction pads are placed on specific meridian points to
stimulate relaxed nerves, which transmit electrical impulses to the spinal cord and brain. The
suction pressure increases the flow of blood and oxygen to congested areas, causing toxic
stagnation to disperse. The pressure also encourages tissue and muscle regeneration by
stimulating blood supply and nutrients to the affected areas.
